家とは人を救い護るもの。その家の環境の有り様が健康から人間形成、さらに社会にまで大きく影響を及ぼす。提案する家は自然摂理に少しの科学的要素を盛り込んだもの。単純にて高効果を上げる工法と仕掛けを開発実施２３年。
この家の基本は『家全体を乾かす』こと。それに必要なのが空気と木材の特性をより有効に引き出す工法と仕掛け（２特許取得）で表す。
家全体が乾けば調湿作用が現れ、エアコンの除湿に頼り切らない湿度制御が容易な家になる。乾くことにより朽ちることが無い高耐久性住宅になる。さらに乾いたことにより家全体で熱を蓄えることができる。つまり、気化による熱のロスが防げるのである。蓄えた熱の有効活用で省エネ効果大。また朽ちるところが無いだけに『空き家にならない家』の第一条件をクリア。また乾いた家の効果によりカビ・ダニなどの繁殖を防げ、今や国民病と言われるアレルギー・アトピー・鼻炎・花粉症など、そして食物アレルギーも高い確率で抑えることが叶う。さらに、その日から即入居可能など資産価値の高い家でもある。
この新たな家づくりは、特に木材の有効活用がポイントであって地方創生の切り札になる。
